Our promise
Due to the nature of floors we, like everyone else, cannot guarantee that it will last for a fixed period of time.
What we are happy to guarantee is that you will not be able to get a better job for your money.
We use the best machines, best materials, best craftsmen and take pride in our work. We use the same finishes in your home as we do in hotels and museums, guaranteeing that they will look and feel amazing for years to come.
All floors wear, even carpets. If you choose our strongest finish you should expect to have to apply a refresher coat every five years or so. If maintained properly your floor should not ever need sanding back to the wood again. The old adage prevention is better than cure holds true.
We aim to match any local price for comparable work. We do have certain standards to maintain so we cannot promise to be the absolute cheapest but we promise to be the best value.
John Ruskin knew a thing or two about the arts and crafts.
"It is unwise to pay too much, but it is unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little, that is all.
When you pay too little, you lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it to do.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little, and getting a lot, it can't be done.
If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is as well to add something for the risk you run.
